Rates:

Our rates are dynamic, and generate based upon season and market demand. If you click on our calendar, specific rates will be displayed for each date. Keep in mind, they are subject to change by the calculations droid, so consider generating a complete quote to hold the rates for a few days, until you're ready to book.

Quotes/Inquiries:

An email will be generated that will display complete information for the dates you request. There will be no hidden fees that pop up later. The total is the total. The quote is good for 5 days, and you can finalize later.

** Please understand that your dates will not be reserved until booked, and will be available for other traveling Rebels. **

Book Direct:

The best rates are always found on our website. That's because there's no middleman that marks up rates just because they have a big website platform. We don't get paid for those markups - just the middleman, so if you're cool with higher rates for the same place, you can find us on several of the big booking sites. Just don't look for us on Airbnb. We quit that one because we think it's a ripoff for you and us.

Cancellation Policy: No refund will be issued for any reason.

Reservation Details:

Find your dates and book online!  It only takes just 30% of your total to lock in your dates. This is your reservation deposit, which is required to reserve RB203.  The total balance is due 60 days prior to check in.  Your credit card will automatically be charged when it's time, so you don't need to worry about remembering!  

You may also send us an inquiry prior to booking if you would like an advance quote or have additional questions.  Inquiries will reflect all charges, including taxes and cleaning costs.  Your dates will be reserved upon final booking.  

 

Security Deposit:

A $300 Security Deposit will be held from your credit card, 1 day prior to your arrival. It is not an actual charge, but hold to ensure funds remain available. It will be released 7 days following your departure. Please let us know if there may be any reason why we may not be able to refund the entire deposit, as that is our goal. If there are any issues that may require partial refund (damage, missing items, etc), we will notify you to discuss.  

 

Amenities/Equipment:

Video game consoles, small appliances and baby equipment availability is subject to change prior to your actual check in date. Please inquire prior to your arrival if something we advertise is necessary for your stay. We do our best to accommodate all guests, but may be unable to accommodate you if we are not informed prior to your arrival.  Communication is key and we are always listening!  Email JediMaster@RebelBase203.com with specific questions.  

** Please note that the resort water park will be closed for revitalization from January 5 through approximately February 6, 2026. They chose the colder months for the facelift.  Don't worry, all other amenities, including the heated resort pool will still be open! **

 

Damage/Missing Items:

We work hard to provide the best experience possible at Rebel Base 203, and have outfitted it with unique, quality finishes.  We hope you will love it as much as we do!  In the event that damage occurs during your stay, repair or replacement will be billed to either your security deposit, the damage protection insurance or both.  Missing items will be billed at twice the retail cost of replacement.  

 

Cancellation:  

RB203 requires non-refundable payments.  We understand that changes happen and circumstances arise, so you may cancel at any time. However, any payments made will be forfeited. We will also always work with our Rebels to reschedule mission orders, which is often preferable to cancellation. Please consider adding travel insurance to your reservation, so you are covered in the event of an unforeseen illness, injury or other circumstance that the optional travel insurance protects against.
