Rules, Instructions & Helpful Info

- RB203 is located in the Windsor Hills Resort
- Security runs a tight ship, so please be patient if checking in at peak times. You may experience a wait as the guards verify guest information. 

- A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with registration and check in instructions. It will also contain a request for a photo of your driver's license, so we can register you with the  Windsor Hills Guardhouse. Just present your license when you arrive, and they will locate you in the system. 

- After initial registration, you will receive a guest pass that will allow scanned access for the rest of your stay.  

- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your reservation. Please read the Lock Instructions sent via email. 

- A Ring doorbell will connect to the Owner.  If you have difficulty with the lock, push the doorbell for assistance.  We will try to respond immediately.
- There is also a lockbox with a manual key to the right of the door in case of an emergency. Contact owner for code. 

SUPPLIES 

- RB203 is self-catering. Starter supplies of soaps (bath, dish & laundry), bathroom tissue, and shampoo/conditioner are provided. Since each group size and consumption varies, the starters are intended to cover you until you can get to a store to acquire the necessary, desired or preferred supplies for your crew. 
- Please inform the Owner of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

EXCLUSIVE AMENITIES:

All guests at Windsor Hills must obtain wristbands before using the community pool, hot tub and water park. Wristbands are free to guests staying in the community and should be worn the length of your stay. You are welcome to attach them to a hat, shoe, bag or cooler if you do not want to wear it for your entire stay. To get wristbands, just stop by the Welcome Center at the Clubhouse. Give the staff your name (or name of guest who booked the home) and the address of the home. 

Guests of guests or day visitors must be approved by the owner. Guests of guests and day visitors MUST be accompanied by a registered guest.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Take out the trash to the box located outside the front door. Please ensure all trash is in a bag, and fits inside the bin, locked. There is also a large dumpster on the corner in the parking lot. 
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances. Leave main room ceiling fan on.
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking, vaping or use of any tobacco products

- Mail & package deliveries addressed to the Welcome Center are prohibited.
- No pets allowed - per Homeowners Association rules. 
- No parties or large gatherings - smaller events or gatherings considered with prior homeowner approval
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please immediately report any damages that occur.

- ALL Trash mush be bagged, tied and securely locked inside the bench box outside the door. Loose trash will not be removed. Anything that does not fit, must be taken to the compactor located at the end of the building. We don't want a family of raccoons to greet you because the bench was not secured. 

STAY CONNECTED 

High speed, fiber optic Cable TV is provided, as well as Smart TVs in the main lounge, Jedi Master suite and Droid Reserve.  Please feel free to sign in to your streaming app at any time.  THE Wifi password is located inside the Welcome Binder inside the condo. 

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:
- Your safety matters. There is a Ring doorbell security camera, located next to the front door facing out. 
- This exterior security camera is to ensure compliance with capacity limits and to provide direct communication if needed.

- Windsor Hills Resort management also utilizes security cameras throughout the property, at the gate entrance, clubhouse and pool area.  

RB203 IS GREEN!

Our Rebel Base 203 is outfitted with numerous smart devices that are not only awesome, but they help us reduce energy consumption. A motion detector tells our TIE Fighter Echo device when no one is home, and will automatically turn off lights if you forget.  The D-0 Nest thermostat can also determine if you are out, and will enter "Eco Mode" when you leave. When you return, just turn on what you need, and D-0 will wake up and adjust the temp to the appropriate setting.  There are several lighting routines that run on schedules, as well. Please do not unplug anything!  If you have a question or need assistance, please contact the owners.

PARKING:
- Ample parking is available in the lots surrounding the building, a maximum of 3 vehicles are permitted to park on-site
- An oversized vehicle parking lot is available for RVs and trailers. Prior approval is required. Contact Owner to obtain permission from Resort Management. 
- Absolutely no overnight camping is permitted for RVs
